Our brand-new and well-appointed room was equipped with a fantastic shower and a view of the grand mosque, as example. The offered breakfast was very tasty and included lots of options;))

The vibe here was contemporary. The room was brand-new and tastefully decorated with view of the Mosque as well as twin beds, had everything we wanted. The amazingly helpful staff offered us a really tasty and marvellous breakfast. The location was comfy, steps away from Ancienne Medina.

Booked a room with spectacular views of the ocean & the Hassan II Mosque. The hotel had a central location and it was only a short distance to Old Medina of Casablanca.
Facilities were good, nevertheless Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Family-friendly hotel in a very nice area of Casablanca. Very professional and well-trained staff, early check in. Lovely building and rooms with modern decoration. Comfy location to an ornate mosque. Only 20 min walk to downtown. Overall very very good stay for my full business trip.

My partner and I recently stayed at Sofitel and it was a perfect retreat after a long journey. The staff, particularly Noor, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were warm, helpful, and incredibly hospitable. Bassma at the reception also assisted us with any concerns and handled everything with professionalism and a smile. The junior suite we stayed in was absolutely fabulous and the night manager, Younis, provided exceptional service when we had a small issue with the AC. The hotel's location was peaceful and convenient, and the restaurant offered a delicious mix of local and western cuisine.
Would recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. The concierge service, specifically Jawad, went above and beyond to assist us with transportation and recommendations. The breakfasts were delicious, and the waiters, Nabil and Faycal, provided exceptional service. The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in.
Not obvious to find.

Best luxury hotel for Casablanca Airport - though still at least 40 minutes drive away - right opposite the interesting Medina market stall area
We paid more for our room than for the children's twin room - yet they had all the mod cons (electrically operate curtains, etc) whereas our room was a bit standard by comparison. Great views of the mosque from the huge window, but the glass had not been cleaned for some time.

We stayed at the Tour Blanche en route to Marrakech and it proved to be the perfect night stop. The hotel is ultra modern and very luxurious. The staff were very attentive. Our room was excellent and the bed was super comfortable. We ate in the Oriental restaurant and I can certainly recommend the couscous with 7 vegetables. It was delicious. The wine was good but expensive but that is what you expect for this standard of hotel and Morocco in general.
This is only a minor criticism but the price of breakfast is rather high. We never feel we get value for money when there is only one price for breakfast and would have liked to have been offered a cheaper continental breakfast choice.

The hotel was fabulous. Close to attractions like the medina, port, and La Sqala restaurant. Top-notch service from wonderful and eager staff. Excellent location to explore Medina, Rick's Cafe, and Hassan II mosque. Construction in the area, but not disruptive. Clean and comfortable bedding. Amazing view of the mosque. Friendly assistance from Jawad in the Concierge Department. Appreciated the room upgrade.
Can't think of anything.
